Ronan Xu

President of TSE

Founding partner and executive partner of China Everbright Ruihua Opportunities Fund.

Former executive director of China Everbright Limited, responsible for the direct equity investment business.

Has more than 17 years of investment banking and private equity investment experience.

Retain an extensive client network, including investment banks, government resources, investment companies, etc. With a deep understanding and rich investment experience, his investment area covers new energy, advanced manufacturing, and retail industries.


Michael Wang

CFO of TSE

Has over 9 years of investment banking and private equity experience.

Equipped with skill sets such as aggregation of deals and capital raises, with previous return volume that exceeded CAD $300Million in healthcare, real estate, energy, and the consumer sector.


Dr. Pang

CTO of TSE

In 2001, Dr. Pang joined ENN Energy as the chief engineer. He participated in the founding and successful IPO of ENRIC, led the construction of the first small-scale LNG liquefaction plant in China, built the first hydraulic sub-station in China, and led the improvement of the design and construction system of urban natural gas gate stations. Dr. Pang participated in the M&A of some major business segment subsidiaries, laying a solid foundation for ENN Energy to become one of the leading gas production service providers in not only China, but worldwide.

In 2010, Dr. Pang established Ternobo Gas Ltd, building more than 500 CNG, LNG, and L-CNG filling stations. He’s also helped build more than 200 LNG point supply stations and LNG city reserve peaking stations in China and Southeast Asia. Through ten years of intensive cultivation, he helped Ternobo Gas become a leading company in the LNG application and terminal equipment solution industry.


Mr. Cui

Vice GM of TSE

From 2010 to 2020, Mr. Cui worked for Beijing Tianhai Cryogenic Equipment Co. and helped the company promote cryogenic storage and transportation equipment in North America, South America, Southeast Asia, and Europe. During the four years of the most rapid construction of LNG filling stations in China, from 2010 to 2014, he helped the company achieve more than 25% of the LNG storage tank’s market share, becoming the most mainstream tank supplier in the industry. From 2016 to 2020, Mr. Cui helped the company develop the LNG tank and marine industry’s cryogenic equipment market with outstanding achievements, occupying over 35% of the marine equipment’s market share and nearly 50% of the LNG tank’s market share.

 

TSE’s Company Milestones

 
  • TSE is officially incorporated in Vancouver, BC.

  • TSE entered into a partnership with FortisBC and became one of their loyal partners.

  • The head office of TSE in downtown Vancouver was officially opened.

  • TSE achieved 1,000 tank loads with safe logistic operations. By now, TSE is not only the owner of the largest tank fleet in North America, but also the leader in LNG export from Canada to worldwide locations.

  • TSE’s United States branch company was established.

  • TSE’s British Columbia branch company was established in Delta, BC.

  • TSE won the bids for two pipeline projects from Pacific Northern Gas Ltd (PNG), marking the completion of preliminary preparations for the construction of both of TSE’s small-scale liquefaction plants.

  • TSE signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shandong Port Group and CNOOC, aiming to jointly develop the Southeast Asian LNG market.
